Well it seems the crusaders from TX have run into a little bit of trouble. It is being reported that 5 State Reps from TX who fled several days ago from Texas have now contracted the COVID virus despite being vaccinated. This from the widely publicized selfies of the martyrs on the plane with no masks, which mind you the FAA requires as a precaution has come to bite them in the ass.
Karma has struck again which almost makes this laughable. Five of the fleeing Dems are now positive for the COVID virus. Ironically they met with VP Harris, which was shown at the doctor’s office which her office calls, “routine”, never mind it was right after it was reported some members were testing positive. Never in a million years could it be that she was exposed to the fleeing Democrats. The Democrats fled from the state of Texas to avoid a quorum on a vote designed to protect the integrity of voting in the Lone Star state. At taxpayer expense the Democrats are in Washington DC wasting taxpayer money and have essentially abandoned their elected duties all in the name of preventing a perceived racist bill that is ready for a vote.
The TX Governor has stated that the Democrats that have fled, and will face arrest upon their return to TX. I kind of hope he follows through or he risks loosing credibility. It amazes me that these seekers of “justice” have fled their state basically abandoning their duties that they were elected to do. Now some would argue they are standing up for what they believe in. Could you imagine if Republicans tried to pull a stunt like this. It would not surprise me if the Democrats in Washington DC had them all detained at the airport and forced them to return to their state.
It still baffles the mind that the Democrats still believe showing a state issued ID is voter suppression. In a gaffe VP Harris stated that people in rural area do not have access to places that they can copy their ID to send in with mail in ballots. Of course this brought about a lot of criticism form rural people themselves. The idea that these people are being suppressed is just really far reaching and insane. Just goes to show how out of touch the Democrats really are from people they claim to represent.
Only time will tell when these crusaders of justice from TX will return. I can’t see how they can stay to much longer. The Governor and the State Legislature should cut off their money as they are not on state sanctioned business and have abandoned their posts. Hopefully this publicity stunt will end soon.
Oh one more thing, when they arrived in Washington DC and held their press conference then broke out into song, it made my ears bleed. The mere thought of hearing that again makes me cringe.
