In the latest shocking video of NYC violence. A woman can be seen casually walking up to another woman talking to some people outside on steps of a building and shooting the woman point blank range in the head. Then the shooter calmly walks back to her SUV and drives off. With all the defund the police and animosity towards police it is no wonder this sort of thing happens.
Since NYC is lacking leadership that will help curb this sort of thing it’s no wonder the crime rate and gun violence are spiking drastically. Mayor Bill de Blasio is an absentee mayor. Throughout his reign as Mayor of New York City, he has done nothing but criticize the police, cut their budget and let the city become a cesspool like the 1970s. Criminals in NYC seem to have free reign to commit crimes at will with no fear of repercussions. During the 80s and 90s the city was cleaned up and people started moving back to the city. No more, people are leaving in droves to escape the violence and outrageous taxes they have to pay for everything. The mayor is not thinking of his constituents since he only has his eye on the governor’s seat when Gov Cuomo is forced out the city essentially has no real mayor.
This sort of violence is happening across the country in what seems to be states and cities run by Democrats. With their calls for defunding the police and “social reforms” they have let their cities become a haven for criminals. Fueled with the desperation for jobs and complete lack of respect for the rule of law or hell even just the respect for other human beings these cities are headed down a path to complete anarchy, if they are not there already.
New York as a state is in real trouble. Governor Cuomo is now possibly facing criminal charges for his complete lack of respect for women. He is what has to be called a sexual predator with all the women that have come forward. Now with the NY AG report coming out and stating that he did in fact sexually harass or assault at least 11 women, the calls for his resignation are growing louder, even from the Democrats and liberals. The Governor’s response to the report certainly did not win him any points. The odd video response was rampant with desperation for forgiveness without really apologizing.
We as Americans can most definitely expect to see crime rise even more as time goes on. With the latest COVID rumors floating around, people are going to panic or exploit the situation and then it will be completely out of control. All we can do is vote these politicians out of office that have made this country less than great and restore the rule of law to the land. We just need to get back to love of country and love of our fellow citizens regardless of race, religion, ethnicity etc.
