WTF is going on with all the shoot downs lately. Why all of a sudden are we shooting down balloons on almost a daily basis? First last week, then over Alaska, then over Canada and now over Lake Huron in Michigan. How long have balloons been crossing over the United States? At least back towards the end of the Trump Administration.
Why now
Why now all of a sudden are balloons, objects or whatever the Pentagon wants to call these things. Are these making headlines only because the first one (that we know of) was discovered by a civilian and went viral, so they could not ignore it anymore? How many balloons or “objects” have crossed America over the last few years? I suspect the number is much larger than we are being led to believe. Again only AFTER they were discovered and made public did the inept Biden Administration do anything about it. On a Fox News Broadcast Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) says the administration knew well before the balloon crossing was made public.
Biden administration “certainly” knew about the Chinese spy balloon and the object over Alaska that was shot down before the objects crossed over into American airspace because these objects don’t “just appear at the Alaskan coast. We’re able to track those things way before they come over” to American airspace.

War Record for re-election?
Is the Biden administration trying to build a “war record” since he has been wrong about anything to do militarily his entire career? Could it be that he is trying to show how tough he is so he can thump his chest when the 2024 election season rolls around. There is just no telling if he is going to run again. The speculation seems to shift on way or another weekly. Either way I cannot imagine it will not give him enough “street cred” to pull off another win.
Possible tragedy coming?
With all these shoot downs happening so fast and now often, how long until a tragic mistake is make. Meaning, the downing of a balloon full of civilians by mistake. The only reason I say this is because some Pentagon briefings they cannot not even identify what they shot down. Mike Turner (R-OH) stated,
“This could be because they don’t have any information,” stated “From the press conference we saw, it does seem like they took this action without a real understanding for what they were going after.”

So WTF is going on with all the shoot downs? Will we ever get a straight answer and how do we plan on preventing balloons, objects…whatever from violating our airspace in the future? I doubt we will.
