Trump arrest, will it happen? News and social media a buzzing with the anticipation that former President Donald Trump will be arrested on charges coming from New York. Manhattan’s district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg is seeking an indictment of Trump for “hush money” paid to a porn star.

Liberals are foaming at the mouth at the thought of Trump being arrested. Social media is exploding with liberal glee convinced this is it. Democratic shills have been saying it was coming for a few years now. Just watch, if he is actually charged they can claim “told you it was coming” (after saying it hundreds of times over 2yrs). The usual Hollywood libtards are crowing about it as well. When Trump put out a statement that he anticipates being arrested on Tuesday liberal’s heads exploded over part of his statement.

All Democrats and liberals heard was “TAKE OUR NATION BACK”. So of course they had to say that Trump is inciting another January 6. It is really sad to see what this country has become in the last 2 years. Democrats want to take down the man who defeated the golden child in the 2016 Presidental Election. All out vengeance is what is on the table right now.

Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin L. Bragg hopes to bring charges against Trump. In what is an obvious witch hunt based solely on political motivation Bragg is likely to announce charges on Tuesday. I am sure the announcement will be a media spectacle. Watch, there will probably be people outside celebrating that charges were brought.
Alvin Bragg’s track record. He is a typical soft on crime liberal. In office for only 3 days he stated that the DA’s office would not prosecute low-level offenses such as fare evasion, resisting arrest, prostitution, and cannabis-related misdemeanors unless accompanied by a felony charge. We all know how that went. Look at the crime rates in NYC now.
Then is what is a truly WTF moment, On July 7, 2022, Jose Alba, a bodega clerk, was attacked by a customer in a dispute over a bag of potato chips. Alba attempted to de-escalate, but after being shoved into a wall, defended himself with a knife, killing the assailant. Bragg, in his prosecutorial discretion, decided to charge Alba and requested bail at $500,000; the judge set it at $250,000. The dead attacker’s girlfriend also stabbed Alba with her own knife, after attempting to turn Alba’s knife back on him. Bragg declined to charge her. After intense backlash, Bragg ultimately decided to drop the charges against Alba, noting that “a homicide case against Alba could not be proven at trial beyond a reasonable doubt”.
What is this all about?
All this stems from Donald Trump supposedly paying “hush money” to a porn star. The money was to keep her silent about her sexual encounters with Trump over the course of a few years. The money was reportedly paid by then Trump lawyer Michael Cohen. In August 2018 Cohen was convicted of tax evasion, one count of making false statements to a financial institution, one count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution, and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate (Trump) for the “principal purpose of influencing [the] election”.
In December 2018 a judge sentenced Cohen to three years in prison and a $50,000 fine and additionally ordered Cohen to pay $1.4 million in restitution and forfeit $500,000. Cohen testified before a House Oversight Committee about Donald Trump and why he turned on him.
What will happen
I am anxious to see what happens. Will Trump supporters take to the streets in mass protests? The media will surely be playing up the possibility of violence and civil unrest. I am not sure what to think about the whole thing. Indicting a former President is a dangerous game, one I wish was not being played.
